About Me

My name is Jaspreet, and I am the Clinical Director of MetaRelational. I am a BPS Chartered Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

In private practice I have worked with people in the entertainment industries, high performance sports and corporate sectors. I have also worked with CICs to deliver mental health awareness for marginalised communities.

In my public sector roles I have worked with people with neurodiversity, younger adults, older adults, acute and chronic psychiatric services and young people in prison.
